The client, a renowned International IT company, was looking to organize a Corporate Social Event for selective suppliers and industry influencers with their families for a day of fun and frolic.

We efficiently brought the client’s vision to life. The entire island was taken over, rebranded and setup up with sporting and fun activities to engage both the young at heart and young alike. The exhaustive arrangements made were Beach Flags, Foam mats for dance floor, Ice Cream kiosk, Soapy Football, Tent, Goal Shootout, Ball Catch game, Sand Bucket game, Racket Ball game, Connect4 game, Giant Jenga game, beach slippers with logo, Bean Bag Toss game and Styrofoam self-standing letters.
